I began the daunting task of restoring an 80-year-old house, which was to become my family home.

Michael came on board to renovate an existing and quite dysfunctional en suite. Michael’s advice and honesty so impressed me that I also arranged for him and his colleagues to pull out the upstairs bathroom. This was a major renovation requiring extensive plumbing changes and floor levelling.

As the house was significantly old we encountered various problems, which would often push back deadlines. Some of my requests, whilst not unreasonable were not exactly easy to implement. With Michael’s professionalism and assistance, my renovations were done with the minimal amount of stress, which is hard to avoid in such circumstances.

My family and I are extremely happy with the final outcome and I am very grateful for having had Michael involved in this project. I cannot recommend him more highly and I certainly would not hesitate to call on him again, should I require any future construction works.
